The Oaks Lakeside Wedding | Chippewa Lake Ohio
Shannon and Quinn got married at the Oaks Lakeside Restaurant and event center in Chippewa Lake, Ohio. This venue is one of my absolute favorite venues in the Northeast Ohio area. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the old estate style restaurant is historic and elegant, the food is top notch, and the venue is right on the lake where you can watch the sunset go down. This September day was perfect. The weather was beautiful, we couldn’t have had a better day.
The day started with getting ready. The bride & bridesmaids had their getting ready suite in the venue and the groom & groomsmen had a cottage right by the lake for getting ready that was so charming.
The bride and groom shared a first look and private vows on the pergola then we did their portraits all over the property.
The ceremony was beautiful with the lake right behind us.
The whole reception was outside. The dance floor was surrounded by the guests tables which was so sweet to see everyone in the background. The string lights above the dance floor made for a cozy/ intimate feel. Everyone watched as the sun went down. A night of great conversation and celebration for the couple!
